	Repeat prescriptions can now be ordered online via an internet service called EMIS ACCESS (see link on our main menu). Once you have registered, you can access all your repeat prescription items, using a log in and password, and simply tick the items you require. Your request will automatically be sent to the prescriptions team for processing. To register please bring photo ID (e.g. passport) to reception. We will generate a form with unique identification numbers. You can then create your account and password online. Please note that we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone. Requests may be: faxed (01252 717076) submitted on the internet as explained above posted/left at reception with your details (name, date of birth, address, medication required) Please allow at least 2 FULL WORKING DAYS to process repeat prescription requests.
