	The Repeat Prescription Form is now closed. We have a new method of requesting repeat prescriptions via an internet service called EMIS ACCESS via the main menu. The process, once you have registered, is much simplified and you will be able to just tick the appropriate box next to the medication that you are requesting. To register you will need a letter detailing unique information. Please download the appropriate forms and once filled in, bring them along with ID to the reception desk to request your authorizing letter. Please allow 24 hours to process. You are also required to collect the letter from reception. Once you have the letter please click the above link to register.
