If your long-term medication has been approved on a repeat prescription basis you can re-order in a number of ways:
Online - bring your photo ID to reception and you will be given a unique ID to register for online services.
In person- hand in your ‘repeat prescription’ slip (the white slip that detaches from the green prescription), or a request form, at the surgery.
By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
By email - email@example.com
For your convenience prescriptions can be forwarded to a chemist of your choosing.
Please note that we do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the phone.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
