If you have any difficulty accessing or navigating our services, please contact reception.

Please let us know at reception if you have any particular communication needs so that we can make any necessary adjustments to communicate with you effectively.

Step-free access is provided at the rear of the surgery.  If you require help with a wheelchair, please call reception using your mobile or the intercom.  We can provide a wheelchair for your use whilst you are in the surgery - please ask reception if this would be helpful.  

If you would like a large print version of any of our practice leaflets or policies please do not hesitate to ask.
